The shipping costs will be calculated at the time of check-out based on the final destination of the delivery, they depend on the destination of the order and change based on the quantity and / or size of the products ordered.

The delivery of the product will be carried out by a courier appointed by TTM Studio on behalf of Lagalene.
In order to deliver the products correctly, the presence of the Customer is required ( or another person appointed by him) to the address indicated.If the delivery cannot be made successfully, Lagalene will try to contact the Customer at the address or e-mail provided at the time of purchase, with the intent to define and solve the problems of non-delivery. If the attempt fails, the purchase order will be considered canceled.
Lagalene will communicate the cancellation via e-mail to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase and in this, if the Customer has already paid for the products, Lagalene will refund the full amount by deducting the shipping costs.On receipt of the delivery, the Customer is required to check that the package does not show visible damage and that it is not altered in its closing parts. order delivery times vary from 2 to 7 working days from shipment.
